Cooking for one or two requires simple planning | features

In the fall of 2019, my husband and I were “empty” for exactly one semester. Then COVID-19 hit and my grown children came home. During this time, it became apparent that we needed to make significant adjustments to our grocery shopping, menu planning, and cooking.

Today, many single people, including those who have successfully maintained that empty nest, find it harder to cook for just one or two.
