As announced today in a joint release, the LA Kings have a complete 2022-2023 broadcast schedule, including a slate of 73 regular season games to be broadcast via Bally Sports West. In conjunction with the already announced national schedule, all 82 LA Kings regular season games this season will be televised locally for Kings fans. In addition, the team announced that all 82 games will be broadcast as usual via iHeartRadio in LA. Kings iHeartRadio Network, in addition to a package of select home games on Tu Liga Radio in Spanish.
As announced earlier this month, the Kings will be televised nine times nationally this season, with games on ESPN, ESPN+ and TNT, beginning with Opening Night as part of ESPN’s season-opening doubleheader on Tuesday, October 11. .

In addition to the 73 regular season games, Bally Sports West will also broadcast two preseason home games with the Kings’ camera crew – Oct. 2 vs. Anaheim at Crypto.com Arena and Oct. 6 vs. Vegas in Utah. Two additional preseason games against the Ducks will also be broadcast through Bally’s production, though they will feature a broadcast team from Anaheim. In total, the team’s final four preseason games will be televised in the Los Angeles market.
The Kings broadcast team will remain unchanged this season, with the duo of Alex Faust and Jim Fox back together on TV and the team of Nick Nixon and Daryl Evans together on the radio. For Tu Liga games, the team of Francisco X. Rivera and Nano Cortez return to their roles calling individual home games in Spanish.
Joining Faust and Fox on the telecast will be Patrick O’Neill, who returns as host of LA Kings Live, sitting alongside former Kings players Jarrett Stoll and Derek Armstrong. Additionally, Carrlyn Bath returns for her fifth season to provide interviews, reports and social media updates on home and road telecasts. From the Bally Sports West production center, Steven “Hoover” Dorfman will begin his 14th season with Kings telecasts as producer, while Mike Hassan will return to direct telecasts, a position he has held since 1995.
On the radio side, Jesse Cohen hosts the pregame television show before select Kings games, including all home games. The pregame show will begin during the preseason on Oct. 2 against Anaheim. Also, yours truly will contribute with the first segment of breaks with Nixon, both at home and on the road.

All 82 Kings regular season games will be televised locally or nationally this season with coverage of LA Kings Hockey regular season games on Bally Sports West beginning with the Kings vs. Seattle Kraken at Crypto.com Arena on Thursday , October 13, the club’s second game of the season. Game time is 7:30 p.m., as the Kings wrap up a two-game homestand (Kings-Vegas Golden Knights season/home opener Tuesday, Oct. 11 airs on ESPN, ESPN+).
The Kings 2022 preseason on Bally Sports West kicks off with two special preseason telecasts of Kings home games: Oct. 2 vs. the Ducks and Oct. 6 vs. Vegas in Salt Lake City. The Oct. 4 Kings-Ducks preseason game in Anaheim will also be televised on Bally Sports SoCal (Ducks telecast), as will the Oct. 8 Kings-Ducks game at Crypto.com Arena (Ducks – Bally Sports SoCal telecast).
Games will be broadcast this season on Bally Sports West and Bally Sports SoCal.
Also returning to the list of television programs is “LA Kings Weekly”. The show takes Kings fans behind the scenes with exclusive interviews, exclusive features and more. The half-hour show will air on October 20 on Bally Sports West immediately after the LA Kings vs. Pittsburgh Penguins game. A special Kings Season Preview will debut at Bally Sports West on October 6.
Kings programs broadcast on Bally Sports West, Bally Sports SoCal and KCOP TV will be streamed live on the Bally Sports app and on ballysports.com when viewers are authenticated via pay TV. New this season, Kings games will also be available on Bally Sports+, an all-new standalone streaming subscription service from Bally Sports that gives fans a new way to watch their favorite teams. This year’s broadcast schedule for KWKW 1330 AM Tu Liga Radio will be announced at a later date. For the second consecutive year, the games will be available live on Tu Liga (tuligaradio.com) at the same time as the regular radio broadcast.
